Shipping in the US is always free for orders which are $15 or over. 

The only exception is international shipments. International shipments will be calculated at checkout.

The buyer is responsible to initiate any returns or exchanges by contacting us with the information provided below.

15 Days - Refund or Exchange

Must be within 15 days of date on your order. Refunds on purchases over $500 will be charged a 3.5% restocking fee, deducted from the purchase total. Excessive returns will result in a 25% restocking fee.              

60 Days - Exchange or Repair           

Must be within 60 days of date of your order                                     

61 to 180 Days - Simple Repairs              

I.E Missing marcasite/fixing a clasp. Exchanges will be charged a 25% restocking fee.                                     

After 180 Days              

Simple repairs only. Exchanges based on our discretion, and if granted will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
