Germanfest Milwaukee 2018

Every summer, the beautiful Summerfest grounds (right on the Lake Michigan lakefront) in Milwaukee, WI hosts a litany of events, most notably of course is Summerfest itself. But aside from that, Milwaukee is known for its ethnic festivals. One of the most popular is German Fest, an authentic German ethnic festival that celebrates German tradition and food. The festival has been running for 37 years now, and is one of the largest German festivals in all of North America.

Germanfest 2018 was a rousing success - both for us and the festival as a whole! The crowds were as large and as enthusiastic as ever. At our booth, we experienced a volume of people and sales like no other German Fest before, and we've been displaying at German Fest for nearly 30 years! We were blessed to have a weekend with spectacular weather as well, with the temperatures getting no hotter than the low 80s, and no rain at all! We are now displaying inside the new Summerfest marketplace building, which offers a prime location, and gives us the ability to be able to spread out our booth. This worked out well for us, as our customers had room to browse from the front and the inside of the booth. 

German fest rounded out the middle portion of our summer schedule, as right afterwards we took off some time for a much needed summer vacation. After German Fest, we will be heading out to Chantilly, VA for the gem & jewelry show at Dulles Expo center. The Chantilly gem show happens 4 times per year, once for every season of the year. This will be the summer gem show, and we will not go back until December. Are you in the Northern Virginia/DC area and want to visit us at the gem show?
